Job summary

Qualified applicants bring proven insurance field inspection experience or certifications from Loss Control Academy or the Virtual Insurance Inspector Academy in Personal and Commercial lines, plus

Qualifications

Experience in insurance field inspection or related work, and/or certification from Loss Control Academy or Virtual Insurance Inspector Academy in both Personal and Commercial lines.
Excellent communicator with ability to write clear, detailed reports.
Familiarity with MS Office and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Conduct loss control inspections following established client protocols and company policies.
Interview insured, observe properties, take photos, and document findings.
Prepare comprehensive reports using templates, identify hazards, and provide mitigation recommendations.
Upload reports, diagrams, and photos to inspector portal within 14 days.
Coordinate inspections within standard business hours; set own schedule as a contractor.
