Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a North America Logistics Manager based in Vacaville, CA, with travel to multiple sites. You will shape and execute the nationwide logistics strategy, overseeing transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, SAP logistics, and 3PL partnerships to drive cost efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (see above).
• 7+ years of progressive logistics/transportation leadership in manufacturing.
• Advanced SAP Logistics experience is required.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carrier relationships.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s national logistics strategy across multiple facilities.
• Lead Plant Logistics Managers and logistics personnel with coaching and development.
• Standardize logistics processes, SOPs, and performance expectations across locations.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory movement.
