Core Spaces seeks an Associate, National Leasing Specialist to boost occupancy and leasing velocity across its national portfolio. You will collaborate with onsite teams, operations leaders, marketing, and revenue management to identify obstacles and drive effective sales execution.

The role demands strong judgment, business acumen, and the ability to analyze property performance trends while balancing portfolio priorities. Travel up to 80% nationwide is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in student housing, build-to-rent, multifamily leasing, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analyze leasing performance, occupancy trends, lead management metrics, and conversion data to improve outcomes.
• Conduct market analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and community positioning.
• Deliver coaching, hands‑on training, and performance feedback to strengthen leasing skills.
• Provide onsite leasing support and assist watchlist communities and new developments.
