Responsibilities

1. Generating and Handling Traffic
2. Handling phone calls and onsite traffic
3. Qualifying Prospects
4. Conducting Tours
5. Facilitating on-site staff training
6. Preparing lease documents
7. Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and the comps in the market
8. Achieve and exceed occupancy goals
9. Perform various administrative tasks as needed
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
