Job summary

RPG Corporate in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Manager of Labor Relations to lead the organization’s labor strategy across a nationwide maintenance and construction business. You will serve as the primary expert on union relations, CBAs, contract administration, and labor-risk mitigation, partnering with Operations, HR, Legal, and senior leadership to drive compliant practices across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of labor relations experience in construction or unionized environments.
• Experience negotiating and administering CBAs across multiple unions and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive labor relations strategy across regulatory requirements.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations with multiple trade unions.
• Interpret, administer, and enforce CBAs across regions.
• Advise senior leaders on labor issues, staffing models, and PLAs.
• Manage grievance and arbitration processes with documentation and representation.
• Build relationships with union leadership and workforce partners.
