Polycor is seeking a National Account Sales Manager to lead its largest national and strategic regional accounts across hardscape, masonry, landscape supply, and outdoor-living channels. Experience managing national or strategic regional accounts.

Ability to translate corporate agreements into regional/local execution.
Strong commercial judgment with focus on revenue, margin and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow national and strategic regional accounts across target channels.
Own account strategy with annual and multi-year plans for growth.
Engage executive-level leaders and drive field execution across regions.
Manage opportunities from first contact through launch and expansion.
Lead pricing, rebates, profitability, and annual agreement discussions.
Align field sales, customer service, operations, and finance around forecasts and risk.
