Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions LLC seeks a National Manager – Inventory & Warehousing to lead inventory strategy, standardize processes, and optimize warehouse operations at a national level. You will drive accuracy, costs, and efficiency across locations while partnering with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure availability at the right time.

Responsibilities include policy development, cycle counting programs, and implementing Lean/Six Sigma improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with supply chain focus.
• Certifications in APICS CPIM/CSCP/CLTD or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national inventory strategy across all locations.
• Establish inventory policies, controls, and performance standards.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor turns, aging, obsolescence, and shortages; optimize replenishment.
• Lead warehousing operations across facilities; standardize processes.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity improvements via Lean/Six Sigma.
• Manage ERP/inventory systems and pursue automation opportunities.
• Partner with Procurement/Operations on working-capital optimization.
