Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a National Manager - Inventory & Warehousing to lead inventory strategy and nationwide warehouse operations.

You will drive policy across locations, optimize inventory levels and working capital, and partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost containment. A track record in multi-site leadership and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or operations.
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple warehouse locations or national/multi-site operations.
• Experience with SAP and Procore systems.
• Advanced inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national inventory management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish inventory policies, procedures, controls, and performance standards across all locations.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliations.
• Lead warehouse operations across multiple facilities and standardize processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, reporting, and data analytics.
