Job summary

Kastle Systems seeks a visionary VP, National Installation to align installation planning and execution with customer commitments, budgets, and growth. You will oversee forecasting, backlog, procurement, inventory, fleet, and leases, while ensuring safety, quality, and cost control across regions.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, partner with sales, operations, finance, and executives, set KPIs, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory, fleet, and facilities.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost savings in a complex org.
• ERP systems proficiency and data analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Drive installation planning and execution processes aligned with commitments and objectives.
• Develop and maintain installation forecasting models for capacity planning, resources, and revenue.
• Collaborate with region leaders to ensure installation performance meets budget across markets.
• Evolve best practices for project management, ensuring adherence and training.
• Design and deliver skills development programs for field technicians and managers to build bench strength.
