Job summary

Kastle Systems seeks a VP, National Installation to lead end-to-end installation planning, demand and supply planning, and procurement across our national operations in the United States. You will drive forecasting, optimize inventory and fleet management, and partner with sales, ops, and finance to improve performance.

The role requires a seasoned executive with a track record of optimizing complex installation programs, managing subcontractors, and delivering cost efficiencies at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; MBA preferred.
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of demand/supply planning, procurement, inventory and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation planning and execution to meet customer commitments.
• Develop forecasting models for capacity, resources, and revenue.
• Lead demand and supply planning to optimize service delivery.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage procurement.
• Drive cost efficiencies and KPI development with cross-functional teams.
