Job summary
Kastle Systems seeks a VP of National Installation to align installation planning with revenue goals and customer commitments. You will drive forecasting, procurement, inventory and fleet management, while leading a high‑performing cross‑functional team and negotiating with subcontractors.
Senior leadership will rely on you to optimize operations, improve cost efficiency, and ensure safety and quality across all installation programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation planning and execution to align with commitments and budgets.
- Lead integrated demand and supply planning; forecast demand with cross-functional teams.
- Direct procurement strategy and supplier management to control costs.
- Manage inventory strategies to optimize turns and availability.
- Oversee fleet and facility lease management for operational facilities.
- Lead subcontractor management to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Partner with COO and CFO to align operations with financial goals and profitability.
