Job summary

Wood Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Round Rock, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support commercial HVAC/R construction projects nationwide. This office-based role coordinates with project managers, field crews, customers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Based in Round Rock, you will handle permitting, purchasing, material tracking, cost control, and documentation while facilitating clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project coordination or construction administration.
• Experience in commercial HVAC/R or mechanical contracting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permitting, approvals, and local code compliance.
• Create and track purchase orders, and reconcile monthly.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery with project timelines.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting to Project Manager.
• Serve as a liaison among customers, vendors, and field teams.
• Prepare project documentation including submittals and closeout.
