Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Program Manager to lead the National Guard Connectedness and Relationship Education System. You will coordinate with NG CARES leaders, manage complex multi-state initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery of events and training across Florida and beyond.

Experience in military-related programs and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment is essential. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Program Development, Implementation Science, Human Development, Relational Leadership, Military Culture, Program Management or related area and at least 5 year of experience in related field.
• Ability to work as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to produce deliverables that carry a "stamp of excellence."
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to travel up to 10%, on average.

Responsibilities

• Develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization.
• Coordinate with NG CARE Leads, NG CARES Director and state POCs.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and present program data to inform leadership decisions.
• Manage and mentor the Program Coordinator and ensure timelines are met.
