Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Program Manager for the National Guard Connectedness & Relationship Education System. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan initiatives, and manage resources to enhance resilience and readiness across states.

Responsibilities include coordinating with NG CARES leadership, monitoring progress, and delivering timely reports. Occasional travel and a strong commitment to service members and their families are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Program Development, Implementation Science, Human Development, Relational Leadership, Military Culture, Program Management or related area and at least 5 year of experience in related field.
• Combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively with audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Identify capability gaps and propose solutions to senior leadership.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and plans.
• Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment with many partners and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% for regional and national training events.
