Job summary
Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders for Natural Gas Power Permitting Senior Project Manager and Seller/Doers on a national basis. The role focuses on siting, permitting, and development of gas-fired power plants from concept to completion in a hybrid/remote setting.
Ideal candidates bring a strong technical background, client relationships, and a proven track record of winning work in the conventional energy generation market, with leadership across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, chemical, mechanical engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, business development and permitting in the US.
- Existing client relationships in the conventional energy generation market.
- Experience leading teams and winning work within the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Expand existing client accounts with energy sector leaders.
- Develop gas-fired power plant clients including utilities or developers.
- Lead a team focused on power plant development and related support.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and marketing materials.
- Navigate federal and state permitting processes across projects.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all activities.
