Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of a large, multi-state fleet safety program.
• Analyze telematics, driver performance, and collision trends to reduce incidents.
• Conduct accident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver classroom, behind-the-wheel, and field driver training programs.
• Partner with operational leaders to standardize policies, processes, and safety communications.
