Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive fleet safety program across a large multi-state vehicle fleet.
• Analyze telematics, driver performance metrics, and collision trends to identify risks and implement preventive actions.
• Conduct accident investigations, develop corrective action plans, and drive accountability through coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
• Deliver classroom, behind-the-wheel, and field-based driver training programs.
• Partner with operational leadership to establish standardized policies, training processes, performance metrics, and safety communications.
