Lakeside Project Solutions is seeking a National Project Manager, Facilities Maintenance to supervise facility maintenance projects nationwide from initiation to completion. The role includes managing 35–45 trades across plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, utilizing our project tools and coordinating subcontractors to stay within budget and schedule.

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction or facility maintenance projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts.

Mansioni

• Estimate and manage ~35-45 single- and multiple-scope / trade projects in the facilities maintenance field simultaneously.
• Use company software tools and procedures to manage projects and keep notes.
• Source and manage subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time.
• Contribute as a member of a high-performance team.
