Job summary

Lakeside Project Solutions is seeking a National Project Manager to lead facilities maintenance projects nationwide from North Carolina. The role manages 35–45 trades-based projects, oversees subcontractors, and uses company software to track progress and notes.

Requirements include 3–5 years as tradesperson/estimator/manager in commercial construction or facility maintenance, strong communication and problem-solving, and a willingness to work on-call. Competitive base with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as tradesperson, estimator and/or manager of commercial construction / facility maintenance projects
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, procedures and materials
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated high level of customer-facing communication and service
• Willingness to work on-call shifts
• Proficient with phone and computer usage

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage 35-45 single- and multi-scope projects in facilities maintenance
• Use company software tools to manage projects and keep notes
• Source and manage subcontractors to complete repairs on time and within budget
• Contribute as a member of a high-performance team
