Job summary

Lemonjuice Solutions is seeking a dedicated facilities leader to support our National Resorts Facilities team across the country. This salaried role offers a remote option with up to 80% travel and weekend/on-call availability to support multiple properties.

You will supervise maintenance and project management, select vendors, ensure safety and compliance, and coach staff while managing budgets. Certified Facility Manager and OSHA 40 are preferred; occasional travel to USA states and Sarasota

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business development, or related major.
Associate degree or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of work-related experience and a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Technical trade or vocational school degree.
OSHA 40 certification and other technical certifications (e.g., CPO).
Certified Facility Manager via IFMA.
Experience in doing facilities risk assessments.
Budgeting experience, writing reports, spreadsheets, and experience in Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

Perform or oversee preventive maintenance and project management for construction, repair, and remodeling projects.
Manage vendor selection and contracting processes.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
Ensure staff follows company policies, safety procedures, and protects assets.
Coordinate safety protocols and resort inspections; travel as required.
