You are a relationship-builder that enjoys creating lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships with outside vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and more. You can manage high-stress moments with poise and bring a solutions-oriented approach to minor emergencies and last-minute changes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement integrated event plans in collaboration with internal staff and external partners.
  • Design and execute big, bold signage that covers both branding and storytelling for the organization
  • Work closely with our creative agency on floorplans, event signage, printed and digital invitations, and other marketing needs
  • Write, design, and send engaging, exciting emails that drive hype and attendance to events
  • Manage budgets, tracking actuals against planned spending and reconciling all financials with accounting team pre- and post-event.
  • Collaborate and communicate with our relationship team and marketing to ensure alignment of event details to external messaging.
  • Track and manage all relevant information using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo)
  • Track, analyze, and communicate event results to the team.
Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of work experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with an efficient approach to managing events
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • A strong, entrepreneurial work ethic
