Greenhouse seeks an Events Marketing Manager for its Boulder, CO office to lead nationwide events and experiences. You will work with the Director of Marketing, fellow events colleagues, and external partners to plan, manage, and execute high‑quality community-building and fundraising events.
This role handles logistics, branding, signage, storytelling, emails, program design, and on-site execution, with travel to IL, NC, GA, NY, CA.

The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the high-quality execution of Greenhouse events and experiences nationwide. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing, a fellow Events Manager, our relationship team, and external partners to plan, manage, and execute exceptionally high-quality community-building and fundraising events. This position will manage a wide variety of logistics, branding at events, storytelling, signage, email marketing, program design and management, and more.
This position is in our Boulder, Colorado office and is not virtual or remote. Travel to manage events in Illinois, North Carolina, Georgia, New York, California, and future expansion locations is required.
Collaborate with the team and management to draft an events experience plan based on established objectives and budgets. Coordinate and execute projects for branding and storytelling signage with our creative agency. Apply attention to detail to dozens of "the little things." Draft and send engaging emails that make our events feel like can't-miss moments. Organize the final details of an all-community event on-site at the venue to ensure every element is in place before guests arrive - communicating effectively with staff, volunteers, and hired partners so everyone understands how to do their jobs perfectly throughout the event.
You are incredibly skilled at proactive planning, communicating clearly, and executing thoroughly down to every detail. You thrive on to-do lists and pride yourself on being highly productive. While you enjoy perfecting details you also know when to pull back to make sure the whole event is strategically connected to the agreed-upon goals. You are a relationship-builder that enjoys creating lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships with outside vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and more. You can manage high-stress moments with poise and bring a solutions-oriented approach to minor emergencies and last-minute changes.
