Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant legal experience in estate administration or trust law.
• Demonstrated experience handling litigation and managing outside counsel.
• Supervisory or leadership experience for at least five years.

• Manages legal counsel on estate matters and compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversees litigation and coordinates with Finance for accurate accounting.
