TRW Resources is partnering with a national facility-services organization to add experienced National Sales Executives to its growing sales organization.

We're looking for proven business-development professionals with a strong track record selling outsourced services within hospitality, commercial cleaning, facility services, or related workforce solutions—and the industry relationships to help turn opportunity into business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years national or multi-market sales experience in outsourced services.
• Proven track record selling commercial cleaning, facility services, hospitality workforce solutions or related services.
• Experience landing, managing and expanding enterprise accounts valued at $1M+ annually.
• Strong pipeline-management, forecasting and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business-development plan focused on new national and enterprise accounts.
• Prospect, identify and create new revenue opportunities within hospitality, commercial cleaning and facility services while leveraging existing industry relationships.
• Develop and grow enterprise-level accounts with annual values of $1M+.
• Manage RFPs, RFQs and competitive bid processes to create opportunities before the traditional bid stage.
• Partner with internal pricing, proposal and operational resources to develop competitive, profitable client solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans designed to drive both new-logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
