Job summary

ACE Scholarships in the Denver area is looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead planning and execution of high-profile donor and fundraising events nationwide. You will manage complex logistics, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to deliver polished experiences that advance ACE's mission.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of large-scale events (200+ attendees) and can oversee all phases from concept through post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional event planning, production, or operations experience.
• Experience leading events with 200+ attendees; 1,000+ attendees preferred.
• Proven fundraising gala or donor engagement event experience.
• Strong organizational and project management with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with executives, board members, donors, sponsors, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of board meetings, donor receptions, fundraising events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and budgets from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Own event logistics: venues, registration, catering, AV, transportation, seating, attendee experience.
• Serve as primary contact for venues, vendors, sponsors, and donors; manage on-site execution.
• Monitor budgets and post-event reconciliation; collaborate to set event goals and measure outcomes.
