Job summary

National Courier Express is seeking a National Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Chattanooga, TN. This on-site role involves dispatch coordination, client and patient communication, driver training, and support for new account implementations, with frequent travel across states.

HIPAA and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certifications are required. The CSR will ensure on-time deliveries, maintain compliance, support operations, and enhance patient and client experiences across

• Associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of dispatch, logistics coordination experience required.
• Certifications: HIPAA and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-state dispatch and logistics operations.
• Train and onboard drivers and support staff.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, safety, and quality in delivery processes.
• Maintain dispatch logs, PODs, and delivery documentation for billing and compliance.
• Support new account implementations and client onboarding.
