Job summary

Olsson seeks a National Director - Power Delivery & Generation to provide strategic leadership for transmission, distribution, substations, power generation, and emerging energy solutions. You will partner with market leaders to drive growth, align strategy with execution, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

In this role you will mentor teams, influence senior leaders, and promote innovation while expanding Olsson's national presence in the power sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in power delivery, substation, transmission, distribution, or power generation.

Responsibilities

• Provide national leadership and strategic direction for Olsson's Power Delivery & Generation market.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with firmwide objectives.
• Oversee financial results, resource planning, project execution, and operational performance.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services and markets.
• Lead Senior Team Leaders, Project Managers, and Technical Experts responsible for delivery.
• Promote innovation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resources across teams and regions for sustainable growth.
• Foster collaboration across business units and markets for consistent execution.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams and leadership development opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Champion quality, risk management, and safety across the market.
• Represent Olsson with clients, associations, and partners as a top industry leader.
