Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of substation engineering experience.
• 4+ years leading or mentoring teams in engineering environments.
• Experience leading through leaders (project managers/supervisors/tech leads) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, designers, project managers, and technical leaders on specialty substation projects.
• Coach and support team leads and senior engineers to develop and scale capabilities.
• Collaborate with market, operations, and technical leaders to shape growth strategies and client success.
• Drive recruiting, staffing, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
