National Director of Professional Services

Job summary

CCS is seeking a Director of Professional Services to run the Professional Services division as its own business with full P&L ownership and a mandate to build one national standard of execution across markets.

You'll own revenue, gross profit, and margins, manage four practices (PMO, project engineering/consulting, security incident response, advisory/assessment), and scale operations from bespoke to repeatable offerings while traveling up to 25% across regional markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT professional services delivery
• 5+ years leading delivery organizations at a management or director level
• Experience managing a services P&L
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios across distributed orgs
• Executive-level communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, gross profit, and contribution for the Professional Services division
• Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance vs. plan
• Unify four practices into one national capability
• Build a repeatable remediation/assessment product offering
• Lead and develop a team across five regional markets
