Job summary

All In One Accounting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the Professional Services Practice. You will own the full P&L, set strategic direction, and manage a team of CFOs delivering high-quality client outcomes at scale.

You will report to the EVP, Operations and sit on the Operations leadership team, driving growth, profitability, and team health across the practice with EOS governance and industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive financial leadership in professional services.
• Proven track record of LMA — leading, managing, and holding teams accountable.
• Deep expertise in service-based business models, utilization/realization metrics, billing and revenue recognition.
• Experience owning client portfolios and practice-level outcomes.
• P&L ownership or business unit management experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication with owners, partners, and advisors.
• Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Professional Services Practice P&L and KPI metrics.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing CFO team across the practice.
• Drive capacity planning and optimize utilization and outcomes.
• Define the ideal client profile and expand the existing book of business.
• Close qualified opportunities surfaced by Business Development.
• Deliver strategic financial perspective to clients and CFOs in workshops.
• Develop partnerships with attorneys, bankers, and networks in professional services.
• Lead governance with EOS tools (Scorecard, Rocks, L10) and accountability.
