The National Development Communications Manager is an exemplary writer and content producer who can help us tell compelling stories about the organization and the veterans we serve across a wide range of digital and print platforms. Reporting to the National Director of Communications and Marketing, the National Development Communications Manager will develop communications that leverage earned, shared, and owned media to advance our fundraising goals of meaningfully engaging a wide variety of donors, foundations, government entities, and volunteers committed to ensuring the long-term success of U.S.VETS' mission through philanthropic support and advocacy. This person will work closely with frontline fundraisers, developing content, cultivating, and stewarding donor relationships. The successful candidate must effectively and persuasively present U.S.VETS' case for support, convey our vision clearly and expertly to multiple audiences, and create powerful messages that drive fundraising and engagement results.
