Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for a national Data Center portfolio.
• Build and maintain partnerships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead executive business reviews, operational reviews, and governance meetings.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Develop and execute account retention strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships.
• Support contract renewals and long-term account planning.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Janitorial leadership to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain understanding of portfolio operations, contracts, service scopes, and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance and align with service commitments.
• Review KPIs, SLAs, and portfolio metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
• Maintain accountability for overall account health and profitability.
• Review financial performance and improve results with operations.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews.
• Monitor contract compliance and delivery performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, and Leadership.
• Influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Foster accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement.
