Job summary

CED Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced DAS Construction Lead to support nationwide deployments across complex venues. This role is 100% travel-based and requires a hands-on field leader who can install DAS equipment while directing on-site crews.

The ideal candidate has direct DAS experience in live environments and will serve as the primary field point of contact for construction execution, material coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with RF specifications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on field experience in wireless in-building systems installation, testing, and leadership.
• Experience leading on-site field operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Familiarity with DAS/RAN systems, fiber and coax installation, and RF coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee DAS equipment installation including head-end units, remote antenna units, fiber optics, and coaxial systems.
• Supervise field construction crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct safetysurveys and meetings with onsite vendors and crews.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with RF specifications and performance requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary liaison between construction teams and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout construction phases.
