Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking an experienced Lead DAS Technician III for a 100% travel role across the United States. You will lead on-site installations, supervise CTS technicians and subcontractors, and ensure work meets CTS safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–5+ years in DAS or wireless infrastructure, strong RF and fiber testing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of DAS installation or wireless infra experience.
• Experience leading installation crews in commercial wireless environments.
• Knowledge of coaxial cable installation, termination, and fiber testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless installations nationwide.
• Travel 100% to customer sites.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate field teams.
• Ensure safety and CTS quality standards.
• Document site walks and closeout information.
