What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with carriers on innovative solutions and evaluate claims handling performance
- Develop systems for collecting and reporting claims data, including regular reports and dashboards for management
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to enhance claims management processes
- Provide expert guidance on complex cyber claim issues and manage negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM, equivalent preferred
- P&C license or willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
