Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Customs Compliance Manager in the United States (Atlanta area) to drive nationwide compliance with US Customs regulations. You will lead audits, develop programs, and guide teams in data analysis and reporting. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to internal policies while maintaining thorough audit trails across transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with preference in Finance, SCM, Logistics, or Business, or equivalent.
• US Customs Broker License required.
• Experience with audit processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of USHTS, 19 CFR, and ACE portal.
• Experience developing and implementing Customs compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure national Customs compliance and align with policies.
• Conduct research, management, tracking, and reporting on Customs transactions.
• Lead compliance initiatives and audits, provide guidance and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliant strategies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain audit trails.
