Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, headquartered in the United States, is seeking a Compliance Manager for Customs to oversee national-level compliance, implement programs aligning with regulations, and guide internal teams. Location: USA - Atlanta.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a US Customs Broker License, with 5–7 years in customs compliance. ACE portals and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, or Business.
• US Customs Broker License.
• Experience with audit processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of USHTS, 19 CFR, and ACE portal.
• Experience in developing and implementing Customs compliance programs.
• Ability to learn and utilize compliance software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DSV Customs Compliance initiative.
• Manage the DSV Customs Brokerage Operations at a national level.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program aligned with regulations and company policies.
• Monitor compliance risks and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on Customs compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compliance strategies.
• Investigate and address compliance-related incidents and audits.
