Job summary

Information-Systems-and-Networks-Corporation (ISN) seeks a Lead CI Analyst in Quantico, VA to lead the Threat Integration Branch and provide senior counterintelligence analysis for cleared industry and government partners.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with program managers and leadership, and deliver actionable intelligence assessments. A strong CI background, threat analysis expertise, and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in counterintelligence, threat analysis, or related national security missions.
• Experience applying analytical standards to business intelligence data and using multiple information sources.
• Experience developing intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings for government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Threat Integration Branch operations, including workload management and personnel coordination.
• Coordinate with Government leadership and stakeholders on priorities, staffing, and requirements.
• Develop counterintelligence assessments, analytical reports, and briefings for decision makers.
• Identify threats, trends, and indicators from classified and open sources.
• Oversee quality, sourcing, and compliance of program analytical products.
