Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and direction of budget, resources, contracts, and workforce development for NCTC.
• Lead a professional staff to execute the center's strategic plan and governance initiatives.
• Evaluate performance, set goals, and guide professional development across the organization.
• Define and manage complex programs with multiple dependencies and risks within approved plans.
