Job summary

ISN is actively seeking a Lead CI Analyst to support the Threat Integration Branch (TIB) within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This role involves leading daily operations, coordinating with Government leadership, and conducting CI research on foreign threats to cleared industry, personnel, and facilities.

You will develop analytical products and assessments to support government decision making, identify risks, and guide strategic growth across federal programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in counterintelligence, intelligence analysis, or national security.
• 8+ years applying analytical standards to business intelligence data.
• 8+ years using commercial and government databases and resources.
• Experience leading analytical teams and coordinating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily TIB program operations, including workload management and priorities.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, government leadership, and stakeholders on priorities and staffing.
• Lead counterintelligence research focused on foreign threats to cleared industry and personnel.
• Develop CI assessments, analytical reports, and briefings for government decision making.
• Identify and assess foreign collection efforts, suspicious activities, and indicators of risk to national security.
