Job summary

Winter Services, LLC is seeking a National Controller to oversee the financial functions of the National division. You will provide analysis, reporting, and strategic guidance to drive performance and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

In this leadership role, you will manage a small team, coordinate with operations leadership, and ensure accurate invoicing, cash flow, and audit readiness. NetSuite expertise and multi-entity accounting are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Partner with National Operations leadership to drive financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Manage contract-related financial aspects for operations.
