Job summary

Qualifications

• Workforce readiness and strategic labor planning.
• Ability to establish new markets and understand local labor markets.
• Strong problem solving and adaptability across union/non-union environments.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and influencing without authority.
• 10+ years in labor relations, workforce development, or construction workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with general and trade superintendents, trade personnel, and operational leaders to reinforce integrated delivery across McKinstry trades.
• Identify training needs and strengthen workforce capability across trade functions.
• Maintain strong trade competency across vertical markets.
• Coordinate workforce initiatives and align them with program goals and governance.
• Lead workforce development initiatives with timelines, budgets, and accountability.
