Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a National Construction Superintendent (TX, Grapevine) to travel nationwide, lead on-site supervision of restoration projects, and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness. The role requires budgeting, scheduling, and effective communication with clients and team members.

The position reports to the Regional Operations Manager and involves extensive travel, emergency response timing, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction supervision or superintendent duties.
• Hands-on budgeting, tracking, and reporting experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with good standing.
• Certifications related to the industry are a plus.
• Strong customer relations and ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to respond to losses and provide on-site leadership.
• Lead crews and subcontractors to complete repair projects safely and on time.
• Negotiate pricing and obtain approvals from managers.
• Create cost estimates for materials and project costs.
• Maintain budgets and schedules and report to management.
