Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Strong technical and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with owners, subs, and design teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related project software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall accountability for project safety and contract compliance.
• Drive financial forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and escalate when needed.
• Develop and enforce a project quality and closeout plan aligned with contract documents.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear priorities and effective communication.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and ensure alignment with owner and design teams.
• Manage subcontracting strategy and risk, negotiating contracts and purchase orders.
