Delaware Valley Paving – National Construction Division is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our national operations. The role manages national and multi-site programs, including bidding, estimating, procurement, and project coordination for commercial clients across the U.S.

The PM acts as the main link between customers and internal teams from initial discussions through project closeout. The position focuses on building long-term relationships with national accounts,

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with national retailers, commercial developers, property managers, construction managers, HOAs, and other national accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national programs and multi-site rollouts.
• Understand customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional paving, concrete, and site work at existing sites within the program.
• Manage multiple programs, accounts, and priorities simultaneously across multiple states while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, project management, field crews, regional offices, and leadership to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, issues, schedule changes, and other relevant information to customers.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, proposals, projects, and follow-up activities.
