We are looking for a National Construction Lending Business Development Manager to prospect and pursue new client opportunities while cultivating relationships with existing clients. You should have strong relationships you can leverage to quickly develop new business and expand the relationship with other lines of services Altisource offers.

This is a REMOTE opportunity

Job Description

What You Get To Do:

  • Generate leads, contracting potential customers – spanning lending institutions, and building relationships
  • Be the subject matter expert on construction risk management and/or construction loans
  • Sell Altisource’s Construction Risk Management products in the pre-close and post-close phases
  • Approach clients with a consultative solutions sales mindset and extensive industry knowledge to establish rapport and advise on industry trends and solutions
  • Partner with internal Altisource sales teams to establish a coordinated client acquisition approach
  • Create sales roadmaps, target lists, and leverage sales data when presenting plans to senior executives
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Proven success in establishing relationships and expanding originations-related deals
  • Excellent mortgage and construction loan industry knowledge and a strong existing network
