Qualifications

• Over 12 years of progressive construction experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple project teams, regions, or a substantial portfolio.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, renewable energy, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead national construction operations across the portfolio.
• Own performance of project managers, superintendents, and field crews.
• Establish systems, accountability, and recovery plans for at-risk projects.
• Partner with finance on reporting, billing, and cash flow.
