Job summary

Kensington Vanguard National Land Services is seeking a Commercial Underwriting Assistant to manage high volumes of national commercial files and coordinate with underwriters, clients, counsel, lenders, and vendors. The candidate will review Purchase/Sale Agreements, ensure compliance, and prepare closing statements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in title underwriting, knowledge of title bills and policies, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate/title underwriting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external parties.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for underwriters, clients, counsel, lenders, brokers and vendors.
• Review Purchase/Sale Agreements for compliance and closing statements.
• Verify financial figures with all parties and manage disbursements and funding.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and third parties in a timely manner.
