Kensington Vanguard National Land is seeking a Title Order Entry Coordinator to manage the intake, review and setup of residential and commercial title transactions. This role serves as a liaison between clients, internal sales and operations teams, and the Orders/Vendor Management team to ensure new orders are entered accurately and timely.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledgeable

Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a steady volume of email-based requests.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shared inboxes or order intake queues for new title requests.
• Review contracts, loan documents, and real estate documents for completeness before entry.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate urgent or complex orders.
• Enter data into the title production system following intake procedures.
• Upload and organize related documents such as contracts and deeds.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve information gaps.
• Monitor order pipelines and resolve delays or data discrepancies promptly.
