Kensington Vanguard National Land Services is seeking a meticulous Title Order Entry Coordinator to manage intake, review, and setup of title insurance transactions for residential and commercial files. You will liaise with clients, sales, and operations to ensure orders are accurate and entered promptly.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, resolving discrepancies, organizing supporting files, and maintaining timely communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or title industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a steady volume of email-based requests.
• Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Reliable, accountable, and able to complete work accurately within established timelines.
• Professional customer-service mindset when communicating with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor order intake queues for new title requests and review documents for completeness.
• Enter order data into the title production system following procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate overdue or complex orders.
• Upload and organize contracts, deeds, surveys, and closing documents.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Proactively monitor pipelines and resolve delays or data issues quickly.
