Job summary

Kensington Vanguard National Land Services seeks a detail-oriented Title Order Entry Coordinator to manage intake, review, and setup of residential and commercial title transactions. You will liaise with clients, sales, and operations to ensure accurate entry into the title production system.

Role requires 3+ years of administrative experience in real estate or title industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inboxes or order intake queues for new title requests.
• Review contracts, loan documents, and property information for complete order details before entry.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate incomplete or urgent orders per guidelines.
• Enter all necessary order data into the title production system following intake procedures.
• Upload and organize supporting documents (contracts, deeds, surveys, closing instructions).
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Monitor new order pipelines and resolve delays or data issues promptly.
